Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay! Guest access You will have access to the whole house. During your stay, you will not share space with the owners. Only one closet will not be accessible to guests inside the suite bathroom and bedroom downstairs. Walking from home, in only about 5 minutes, you will have access to playing fields, including a baseball field, volleyball, and tennis courts. There's plenty of running room for any outside game. There are two Community Playgrounds for children and parents alike to enjoy! Meet your friends and play on the pirate ship, swing, jump, and play. With an exact twelve-minute walk, you will reach the swimming lake beach at Highland Lake, which offers beautiful views, fresh mountain waters, and a playground. Also, within a seven-minute walk, you will have the community swimming pools, a great place to cool off in the summer, and our private 7-person hot tub. Catch some sunshine and play with your friends and family. (We'll provide passes for up to 4 guests in the swimming pool season, free of charge. Please return them before checkout. Family Accessories: As a courtesy during your stay, your reservation includes a high chair, baby crib, toys, potty trainer, classic tricycle, blue horse hopper, books, and games for kids. Sarah's room has a lovely playhouse with toys and a mini table with chairs. For kids, this is the place to be! Home Access: We have installed a keyless lock system on the door, and the code resets after each guest checks out. We will provide the code before the arrival time. Bedroom linens and Bathroom towels: We will provide clean, washed sheets and towels for each guest per bedroom. Bedroom linens are provided but not exchanged during your stay. Guestbook Manual: An online guestbook binder containing the most vital information about the house will be provided with the house information. Please take a moment to look it over when you arrive. Guest Information required before Check-in time: The house is located in a gated community. The administration requires that guests sign "short-term leases" with the community for their stay. These will be provided to guests upon booking confirmation and must be sent to the host at least 4 days before arrival to avoid a $75 late-submission fee imposed by the community administration. Please refrain from loud noises after 10 PM and do not exceed the posted speed limit (25 mph) in the development. The community police will issue fines for any violations, and you will be held responsible. If we discover that you bring more guests than registered for your reservation or permitted, we'll contact you and terminate your stay without a refund. The cost/value of your reservation is automatically created when you select your dates on the Airbnb platform. We are not able to apply discounts or gift codes. The security deposit will be charged only if there is damage; there are no upfront charges. We take the comfort and well-being of our guests seriously. Our property undergoes regular professional pest control to ensure a clean and pest-free environment, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
